Anyone else watch Battlestar Galactica?

Yup!! We watch it here too! I LOVE LOVE LOVE sci-fi and BG is one of the best shows on television!!

Honestly...I think #5 is Agathon.

Our theory here is that the cylons didnt need to breed with humans to reproduce, they needed to breed with the final 5 to reproduce. Now we havent read any spoilers or anything so this is a total wild theory.

But after last weeks episode where they said the 6 was pregnant and implied it was Tigh's baby...that got us thinking about Boomer and Agathon's baby Hera...

Sharons mission was to get a human to fall in love with her and have a baby because the cylons thought that was the only way they could reproduce - well it made sense until the six also ended up knocked up...

It's not humans the known cylon models need - it's the final 5.

So yeah...my vote is for Agathon as #5.

I only watch it because my husband does. BUT...this season is definitely better than some, and I'm interested to see how it turns out. However, I haven't invested any time in trying to hypothesize or theory craft.

I do love me some sci-fi though. I still can't believe how old Next Generation series is...I loved that series!

I don't know enough to add anything. BG is just background noise to me when I am working. But my husband is very impressed that y'all watch it and theorize like he does. He was peeking over my shoulder and saw this thead. He now thinks you are really cool.

I am TOTALLY in love with Battlestar too!!!!! Love the theory!! I love almost everything sci fi - but battlestar is one of my favs - I think because I loved it as a kid - Thats so funny about your dh - my dh can't stand it and thinks I am "dorking" out when I watch it!!!!

Seriously for all you chicklets who say it's background noise... Rent the past seasons on DVD and watch it. It's every bit as good as Grey's Anatomy and Lost. The characters and story are completely engaging and the effects are some of the best ever! I'd love to have more BG fans around to chat with!
