Canadians: paying duty on scrapping supplies?

I have an order qued at FranticStamper for some scrapbooking supplies... they have pretty good shipping to Canada, but what I'm wondering is if I'll have to pay $40 duty or something rediculous when it crosses the border. Anyone know? I have bought books dozens of times, and I know there is no duty on those, but bought a gift for my husband once and the duty was more than the actual item!! So I'm scared to order anything... anyone who's ordered chipboard from here have to pay duty?
