PSA: 500gig MyBook EHD on sale for $149

Just picked up my new 500gig EHD at Circuit City last night (it's USB 2.0/FireWire/eSATA) on sale for $149! They had the 500gig USB-only ones on sale for $99!
 
When I was there, the 500GB My Books were the same - $149, but the 1TB were only $249. So I opted for the bigger one (my 300GB EHD is almost full, so there wouldn't be point in backing up to one that is only slightly bigger).

The 2TB was $499 and I didn't have that much, so I didn't consider it, lol. I don't even know if I could use that big of one! :D
 
We'll see what I end up with after tonight, LOL! I won't get to play with it at all though until monday since we're leaving for NY tonight. I'll just hide it and hope Jordan doesn't notice. :p
 
That is a really nice deal. I have a 500 gb Lacie EHD that I got a couple of months ago for 129 Euros and DH just brought me a new Lacie 1TB Deskdrive with internal fan that he got from work for free. They are throwing them away because they aren't big enough and it's brand new still in the box! :D
 
Hmmm....BestBuy has a Maxtor One Touch 1TB on sale for $229.......or the 500GB for $129......

Now I don't know what I want to do, lol!
 
Oh my gosh are you kidding me? Oh man. Is that my car? What? It just cranked itself and is going to Raleigh? Oh geez, I better go get it. Guess I have no choice but to go now. Snort, snort :p Keeping my fingers crossed to get there this weekend
