NSBR: Have to Share

Ok - so I don't normally post this stuff here but.... I am so EXCITED!!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Texas Country - Willie Nelson, Robert Earl Keen and my hometown boy Pat Green - I went to Texas Tech and I am from Fort Worth - - and now I am a military wife and we have moved so far away from home and away from good music! but..... I think God is smiling on me - tonight Pat Green will be here at our base playing in MY Husband HANGER!!! Holy Crap I am so excited!!!! I get to see him, hear him and meet him!!!! WOOOHOOO!!!! I will be taking TONS of pics!!!!!

Cool! Country singers are always singing for the troops. about a year ago or so, while we were still in the Army and at Walter Reed in DC, Daryl Worley played for just a small room of people and we were lucky enough to be there. He's a great guy and kept saying thanks to the troops and even got emotional at one point. it was very touching and sweet of him to play for us. I took a small video but i think its on my old computer and it crashed

Oh that is fabulous!! I am a Texas gal myself!! I miss it SO bad!

I LOOOVVVE Pat Green!!! I used to go to Austin City Limits all the time when I was in college...nothing beats a hometown outdoor concert! lol
