"How to" question

Hi! I was looking at Kate Hadfield's featured layouts and I have a scrapbooking "How To" question. Can anyone tell me how the pink gingham ribbon on her "Funny Girl" layout (http://www.digishoptalk.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=76391&cat=all&ppuser=851) is threaded and twisted so realistically through the eyelets?

I use PSE 5 and have self-taught myself everything I know (so my learning comes from you!). I cannot figure out how to manipulate a ribbon like that and make it look so real. Is it possible in PSE 5?

i have pse also and don't have the slightest idea how i would ever go about trying to make something like that! LOL

I think picking up Natalie's Ribbons would be the best plan :)
