Katrina told me about this site the other day and I've got a book in my cart, I'm actually going to leave some pages blanket because it's just a 20 page book I did at shutterfly, I want to compare them.

I've got 10 free 30 page 8x8 books there if I like the quality.

Hahaha Meg just told me about this and I'm doing the same thing! Comparing between shutterfly and them, lol.

How did you get 10 free books?! Is that an offer if you buy the first book and like it?

Wow, that's impressive. How long do the free books last? I mean, what's the expiration? I'd love to see how it compared to shutterfly!

Me too! I just did a 45 page book at Shutterfly. Hope it comes by Friday so I can take it to my parents this weekend :)

wow - that's an awesome deal - I totally forgot about my shutterfly code that expired yesterday. It would be great to try another service and compare!

I think they extended it to midnight PST today for everyone, so you should check. You can also try phoning them and sometimes they're nice and will extend the offer for you.

There's a variety of expiration dates. For me, two expire July 3rd, then two on July 26, then 3 on Aug 26th and the last 3 on Sept 26th. There was also a free 8x8 waiting for me when I signed up that expires July 26th, so I get 11 free books in total.

Same here :) They expire based on your registration date.

I'm excited to get 400 free prints too! I've got a ton of stuff I wanted to get printed, but was slacking on. You can bet I'll be uploading tonight! Lol!

Just an FYI I goggled Artscow Photobook and I found a site with the code for the free books on the first page of links (about #7 or 8 down). Hope that helps someone!!!

Anyone else have problems with this site??

I registered and entered my code and then when I went to create my book I needed to download "something" I did and I had to restart my browser and when I went to go back to my account it wouldn't recognize my email address. So I thought I typed it in wrong so when I went to "re registrar" now all my "credits are gone" and it's not giving me any back!!!

Maybe it's like my mother always said...if it seems to good to be true it probably is!!!! :( Hope you others have better luck then me and really do get all your free books and prints!!

A little tip for those with the free codes... they would seem to expire on Hong Kong time. I was going to upload the book I did on Shutterfly yesterday to get my free ones that expired July 3rd, but when I checked they'd already expired. There was a post in their forums from someone else with a similar problem and I posted in there as well, but neither of us has been answered.

Has anyone actually dealt with this company in any capacity yet? I really don't know what to think. There seems to be some positive feedback there, but there's just as much negative. And while the company seems sincere in their efforts to please customers, their communication is pretty spotty in the forum and I have to wonder if this isn't a small company in over its head.

Might be a moot point for me anyway. I can't get the photo book software to work because it seems my older Mac will only support SilverLight 1.0 and they say you have to have 2.0. I haven't gotten a reply about that in their forums yet, so I have no idea if I'll be able to make a book. Ah, well, it's not like I had to spend any money, so nothing lost.

The site remembered my email and login, and all my 'free offers' are still there. I have never printed a photobook before, but even at the price they are offering for full price it's a pretty tempting deal. I'm in the middle of putting together my kids baby books, so I'm going to print them both, and see what it's like. I've done some hunting and it would appear that 'real life' scrappers like what they've receieved about half the time. I'm anxious to hear from someone here!

I ordered an exactly copy of one I'd already done through Shutterfly just to compare, so when it gets here I'll post pictures. I hope I like them, because I guess I orderd during another promotional period so I have 14 free photobooks to use.

Well, it doesn't look like I'll be finding out if they're worth it anytime soon. As of right now I can't create anything, and it doesn't seem like anyone from the company is in any hurry to answer the questions from the past few days in their forums.
