Anyone want a 30-page 8x8 photobook from Artscow for $13.99??

I have 8 codes up for grabs that will get you a 30-page 8x8 hardbound cover book that will cost you $13.99 (that is total cost (book & shipping). If you are interested please PM me and I will send you a code!

The book code expires on 31 July 2008. I earned some other book credits and would hate to see these go to waste since it's a REALLY good deal. I received my first photo from artscow last week and I think the quality is stellar. You can customize the cover, pages, spine and back cover and the site offers templates to help you with this. I can't compare it to other books since it's my first photobook ever, but here are a few pages from my book that I took: (Sorry about the flash on the photos, but I was in a hurry! I used quickpages made by Sherri Tierney at Elemental Scraps!)

I've been wondering about the quality of their books. I gave some free book codes away last week but nobody had seen the quality yet. The book looks great! I'm gonna have to get some LOs uploaded and order one myself.
 
I've got codes coming out of my ears, lol. But the quality does look really good. I'm working on uploading LO's now to order a book soon.
 
ohhh! ya know, i would LOVE to order a book, i've never done that before, is there any special formatting you need to do for it?

if no one else MUST HAVE this I'd LOVE it :)
 
Oh good! I have like 10 free photobook credits but I was worried baout the print quality since no one had one yet. Did the colors come out as you expected?
 
How do you like your book? Colors good? LOL I don't need the codes I already have like 11 in my account just wondering on the quality.
 
Colors are wonderful and just like looking at an actual photo, I have the prepare for print action from paint the moon and boosted the vibrancy to +4.

I LOVE the book, it actually blew me away with how nice it is since I was thinking that the price was too good to be true. The colors and everything are perfect. The only thing is that the lettering on my spine were too big, but that was my fault...not theirs. I am 100% pleased and recommend them. 30 pages for $13.99 is a steal!!!

You can ALL get free photobook credits. Sign up at Artscow.com and you should receive credit for one free photobook. Then use this code under "Credits and Discounts" to earn 10 more: FREE10XPB
My email says you can share the code with "good friends" LOL!
Luckily not all the books expire at once. They are all available now, but 2 expire in July, 2 in Aug, 3 in Sept, 3 in Oct, and 1 in Dec.
 
Jami, what size were your pages when you uploaded? I'm having a hard time finding help on the site. DId you just upload 8x8? How much got cut off?
 
I uploaded 8 x 8...most of my pages were ok...2 had more cut off then desireable so I would use the 1/8" all around rule...MEANING don't put photos or elements that you don't want cut off any closer than 1/8 of an inch from the edge if you make your template that size all around you will have a white edge so it's better to just move things over than have a white edge. Make sense???

I've not printed out a book yet- not sure I have enough pics scrapped in order for one yet, but could whip it up by the end of the month. I'd love a code to try- I may sign up later at the site too.
 
Wow - I'd love a code! I've been working on a small baby album for each of my kids and this would be a fabulous way to just get it done! Anyone know if they ship to Canada??

They ship to "anywhere on the globe," according to their terms and conditions!! :thumbup:
 
I would love that. I have layouts I have never printed and would love to have them bound in a book and that price is wonderful.
