Paper curl

Is there a way to make your own paper curl using PSE? Is it hard? I would like to learn how to do this, if it is possible. Thanks for any help you can give.

Yeah, I have NO IDEA! The easiest way to get curled edges is to buy a set of templates. Micheline Martin has crumpled templates, but no curled edges (she did have a set in her grab bag, but they're not sold separately and the GB is no longer available).
