4th of July Plans, what's everyone doing?

Any plans for tomorrow? I took leave so Sean and I actually have the day off together, which is very rare these days. :)

I think there is a parade downtown and we're going to take the kids to that, no fireworks for us though, since it doesn't get dark here until about midnight, I'm not going try and keep them up that long.

We'll probably BBQ too.
 
My parents and in-laws are all coming over and we're gonna BBQ! We'll probably just play games and stuff. No fireworks here b/c they say they're all crappy here! :(
 
We are headed to Ohio for picnics, fireworks and family time tomorrow. Then we will be spending the night and Saturday we have a HUGE family reunion for my dad's side of the family!! Sunday will be spent just hang out for a bit more and then heading home to recuperate!!! :D
 
I think my sister and I are going to take the kids to the parade and then maybe we'll have a few people over for BBQ and fireworks at home once it gets dark. Pretty laid back weekend for us.
 
We're hanging out at home during the day. We'll probably put the pool out in the yard and just hang out out there. Later in the day we're going to a friend's house for a BBQ. We'll skip the fireworks here though because they start so late and the baby can't stay up past 8 (7 on some nights) or it's just not pretty.
 
we are taking the boys (minus Logan) to a Phillies/Mets game tomorrow, so there wll be fireworks there! We are all really looking forward to it! Saturday we are going to the pool and Sunday a BBQ at my grandmother's house!
 
It's hot as h*ll here in AZ, so we are going to a big resort to ride the water slide all weekend and watch the fireworks from the pool. It's also my DH's 50th birthday, so we'll be going to a nice dinner and celebrating that.
 
Hopefully, my muscle relaxers and Vicodin will start working so that I can actually sleep tonight and sleep in tomorrow morning. Otherwise I will be complaining of the agony all day tomorrow and being a general pain in the rear to my mom and hubby. If I'm feeling a bit better, we're going to grill steaks and veggie outside, well if it doesn't rain. And then we'll watch the town and amusement park fireworks from our home. That's it....
 
We will have a cookout at my parents house and then go and watch the fireworks!

We are starting the day early at the annual pancake breakfast at the fire station. Then we will come home, relax for a while and go to my BFF's house at 6:00 for BBQ and fireworks. Should be a lot of fun!!!
 
My boys are marching in a neighborhood parade tomorrow morning. In the early evening my husbands sibs and mother are coming over for a cookout - grilling brats and burgers. Then, it's time to "blow up the neighborhood" with a super fantastic fireworks display put on by Dan LOL! I'm tired just thinking about it :huh:
 
We are headed to one of our favorite campsites in Wisconsin for 2 nights then off to my SIL's for swimming, BBQ & fireworks....home on Sunday!!!!

I'm in Canada, but working for Jac makes me get Friday off LOL!

So Tony and I are taking the kids into the city (3 hours drive) and taking them to the movies and dinner. Amelia and Rae are going with me to Kung Foo Panda, Benjamin is going with Tony to Wall-E. We're going to either have lunch before the movie (the plan) or we're going to eat after.

Once that's done, we're giving the kids to Tony's parents, then Tony and I are spending the weekend in the city alone, to celebrate our anniversary which is today!
 
I will be going to my sister's with my kiddos and my mom for the weekend (hubby and dad has to work the weekend). We will do the usual bbq, fireworks, and just hang out!!
 
my in-laws are here from alaska visiting so we are going to have a big fun bbq at my home along with my two sisters, my bil and my parents! it should be a blast and then we are off to our little (tornado devastated) downtown for fireworks! should be fun!!
 
We are going to a local park that is having all kinds of fun kid stuff....then watch some fireworks...it is VERY hot here so we will prolly wait to go out...maybe go to the movies in the afternoon!
 
We are going to a friends house for some swimming, games and some fireworks. We're going to BBQ as well.
 
We're heading to Utah. We're going to have a BBQ at my sister's house. Then on Saturday, my nephew is getting baptized. On Sunday, we'll head home because my girls have girls camp on Tuesday and we need to spend Monday getting ready for it.
 
Cooking out and doing fireworks here. We might go to the lake and see some fireworks but it is always so stinking crowded.

And most importantly being greatful for this country. I love it here and a big huge THANK YOU to you nesser and all the others who work every day to make sure it stays free and I can type this right now on this message board and scrap to my heart's content. So thank you Nesser, and all the other military folks and family here at the sweet shoppe. Doesn't matter if you agree with everything that goes on here or not, this is still our country. We owe so much to those of you who serve it
 
Not a darned thing :p We're going to watch the fireworks shows on tv; A Capital 4th and The Boston Pops :thumbup:
We don't even have a charcoal grill. How pathetic is that,lol. It's probably going to still be raining cats and dogs, so grilling most likely would be a bust :p
 
We're leaving early tomorrow to drive out to Michigan, and I am beyond excited!! Normally I hate traveling in holiday traffic, but this trip is sooooooooooooo worth it!! We're going to see my MIL for the first time since October! This has been the longest stretch of time we've gone without seeing her in the six years DH & I have been married. She was DXed with cancer in November, so we weren't able to visit. She's now in full remission, so we're on the road tomorrow!!!!! :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

Well, the plans WERE to go to my aunts house tomorrow because my cousin is visiting from Texas with his two kids. Everyone is to bring a dish or dessert to that so I was going to make that Strawberry Pretzel Dessert and some buffalo dip. Then Saturday there is a pool party (ha! I'm sure that will happen with all this LOVELY rain) at my hubby's aunt's house. And we are supposed to bring a dish to that too so I was going to make either an Oreo cookie type dessert or a Trifle. I hope these plans are still on because I woke up this morning with a stuffy nose and my neck is a bit sore and i'm sneezing. I hope I don't get worse!!!
 
the 4th of July is my birthday - so we'll do usual holiday stuff + bday stuff. Right now we are planning to have our family bday celebration at lunch, then go to some friends' for the afternoon to play, hang out and then grill. Late tonight we'll go to the fireworks.
 
we're going to a cookout at a friends house. They live on a hilltop and we'll be able to see the local town fireworks plus part of the fireworks from 2 other places as well.
