Apparently using PS for just digi scrapping is not enough. DH has volunteered me to make a sale poster for some store of a friend of his.
I guess it sounds easy enough but I'm totally not wanting to do this. It would be more fun if I could use my digi stuffs but almost all my stuff is personal use only.
It would have been faster if they just used markers and a piece of poster board. I spent waaaaay too much time trying to edit photos of the product.
Since tomorrow is DH's bday and I have done zilch for it I don't feel I should refuse. i've been milking it though. made DH go on a Starbucks run for me :p.
oh well, guess I should stop procrastinating, eh

LOL - it's funny how people give you little projects when they find out you know Photoshop. My sister-in-law asked me if I could put together her fashion design portfolio. She said she can't afford to hire a professional, so could I do it? Uhhhh .... no.
Have fun with your project! :p

Serious business...
I fully intend to do little projects for people and then just lose my oomph the moment I open PS. =/

well it's done. DH basically designed it and I just executed his demands.
(omg, I think there is a squirrel or something in our roof. I just hurt scampering footsteps)
I was planning on printing it poster size @ Costco but just found out that Costco only does that by mail order :cursing:. Every other place seems too expensive.
blah. total waste of time!

I can so relate. There is a lady in my church that didn't want to pay $35 for her DDs graduation announcements. I thought that was very reasonable, so she scanned one from a friend and wanted me to pretty it up for her.
Umm... not gonna do that. So guess who didn't get asked to do her other DDs wedding announcements? LOL
