Can I use SSD kits to decorate my blog??

I've recently started a blog. I know next to nothing about decorating it, but do not like the standard designs on blogspot, and thought I would try making my own header and sidebars.

Most designers have varying TOUs, so I thought I'd ask the question here in the forum: Do any of the SSD Designers allow use of their designs for personal blog decoration? Can I use your designs for blog wallpaper etc?

I hope I'm explaining myself properly.

Hi Jacinda. For this particular usage, you will need to contact each designer individually, as some of the SSD designers allow for things that others might not. The best bet for every case is..contact the designer directly. Hope that helps!!

That's what I was gonna say! LOL I think it depends on the designer whose stuff you wanna use.

I don't know how to use it to make wallpaper. That is always something I've wanted to figure out. Sounds like you've gotten good advice, and it's advice I will keep in mind if I change my header.

I've used designer kits to make my header, and I used colors from the kit to pick the colors of the fonts and stuff. I didn't think to get permission, but I shared with both designers that I'd used their kits and I'm sure they would have said something if it wasn't ok. One left a very nice comment about my blog header.
