I used Winkflash for Christmas gifts and I thought they ROCKED!!!! I did 2 calendars and 2 12 x 12 books and loved everything about the print quality, resolution, etc...... If I had any complaints at all I would say that the quality of the book is not as nice as Shutterfly but equally as good as Arts Cow. So for that price I would say GO FOR IT!!!!!

I've used Winkflash to make books (during previous flat-rate sales) and the books seem to be similar quality, IMO, to Shutterfly. The only thing is that I did lose some stuff on the edges so try to leave a border on your layouts.

I've used them before. they are pretty good. its been awhile; i usually print my pics at home but i've been out of ink and thinking of going the Winkflash route again. its cheaper than buying printer ink, lol

I had a very bad experience with them last Christmas when trying to order a large custom canvas. I posted abt it at DST and here, too, I think if you want to do a search for it.

It never got to the printing stage, so I can't speak on what the final product looks like.

I had a bad experience with them as well. The print quality IMO just cannot compare to shutterfly. When I looked at the winkflash book I got for such a steal (same type of deal) and then went back to the ones I had done with shutterfly, it was a huge difference and I felt like I had just thrown money down the toilet. It looked like it had been printed with some basic printer about to run out of ink. They also cut off the edges of some of my pages but when I loaded them and double triple checked it looked fine. They wouldn't give me a coupon an apology or anything- just said that they use top quality this and that, etc... and gave me an option to ship it back and they would be the ones to decide whether or not the quality was good and whether or not they would print me another book.
Needless to say, I have never and will never order from them again.
You might luck up and get a good one, but if you don't then don't expect good customer service.
I'll take a picture of a page in both books and post it back here in a few minutes for you.

Never ordered a book from them, but I ordered christmas cards before. They turned out fine.
