ISO: Guitar kit (non-grungy) for boys (Wii & electric guitar)

My son will be turning 13 on Saturday...he is getting a new amp for his guitar (with all kinds of cool things on it)....and his grandparents are giving him Guitar Hero for his Wii. This alone would generate some photos...however...he is having a sleepover for his birthday...so I imagine I might get a few "extra" photos as well!

I would like a non-grungy boyish guitar kit that could be used for either of these types of guitar pictures. I think it would be neat to either have guitar picks with words on them or some fun word art to use with the kit.

My boys are into music like Matchbox 20, Journey, Styx, Foreigner, Firehouse... if that will give you some insight or inspiration for the kit.

I have 3 boys...19, 14, and 13 as of Saturday (birthday)...the 19yo plays electric guitar as well...but I imagine as of Saturday they will all play Guitar Hero. lol Our guitars are both Ibanez...one is a shiny white and the other is a black wooden satin finish....not that the kits need those particular ones in it.

I like lots and lots of papers...and at least a few choices to journal on... and a frame or two...other than that...guitars, picks, and whatever inspires you...

Mandabean and Zoe have this one in the shoppe! It has EVERYTHING you asked for. It's not really grungy either, lots of clean journalling space, and very cool game controlers and a guitar!

i also have to second Manda's Kit.....I have it and I used it to scrap a wii page...(I recolored the guitar)

Oh, I can't wait to see the girl version of that sneak peek!!! We don't have a guitar or a Wii, but DH and Rachel have a 'song'...All Star by SmashMouth. He's been singing the 'hey now, you're a rock star' line to her for as long as I can remember, and now they sing it together. No pics of it, but it's a memory I definitely want to scrap.

Well thanks for such quick replies...guess I will go shopping...and also be semi-patiently waiting for the 26th to see the new guitar kit! Tomorrow is picture day for guitars! I'm so excited! My baby is turning 13!

We're going to have a sleepover with a couple of friends...play with the new guitar amp...play guitar hero (present from grandparents...shhh he doesn't know about either present)...play other video games...then we're going to eat a guitar cookie cake...and grab some pizzas and go to the drive-in movie to see Space Chimps! What fun!
