I'm weird...caffeine doesn't do that to me. I can have a can of pop right before bed (do every night) and I go to bed no problem. Also, I find that if I get less than 5 hours of sleep I'm wide awake the next day, but if I get between 5 & 7 hours I'm tired.
I have a theory about this b/c I've also noticed that I can have something caffeinated at night and if I go right to bed, I'm ok. But if I wait too long the caffeine hits and I am ruined.
I went to sleep ok but then DS2 came in our room about 4am and got into bed with us. That was the last of any sleep for me. I am so stiff this morning from not being able to move
I am normally pretty sleep deprived but I was so freakin exhausted and Wes was home from work so I practically slept the day away. It was almost like i got to much and then I felt like crapola!
