Help! Upload ???

I just finished my first cookie decorating challenge and I cannot get it to upload. How do I need to save it to upload? I work in PSE 5. I assume I need to flatten the image but what's the best way to save it after that? Help!

Hmmm, I go to "File" "Save for the Web" and then size it to 600x600 pixels and adjust the slider bar of quality until the image is 150 KB or less. Does that help? It might be a tidge different in PSE 5.0 ... but maybe this will help.

Edited to Add: I resize my image to 8 inches by 8 inches before doing Save for the Web ... otherwise it gives me a warning that it might cause issues with my 'puter.

Thanks for your help - I just wasn't adjusing the quality enough and the file was too large.

Meems, I'm too scared to try by-passing that message ... I have less than 2 GB RAM and my "scratch disks" fill pretty easily when I'm working in PSE ... so I do what it says. LOL.
