Don't you hate it when they step on you and you're going "Owwwwwwwww!" trying to pull your foot away from under their :cursing: thick talon-like claws digging into your foot?
And all they do is look at you with their tilted head going "what's the big deal?"
Oh the pain!

Is this a thread for owners of big dogs or dog owners who are big :w00t:
yep but then add a 6lb dog into the mix of two big dogs and one standing on you while the small one is yipping at the big one making the pain that much more worse. Oh and watch out for tails....DS always comes to me and says Duke hit me (with his tail that is)

I am glad to find out my dogs isn't the only one that does this.I was beginning to think they just had it out for my feet!!
Jene I so hear you on the tail thing. Austin comes telling all the time that one of the dogs hit him..

I'm dog-sitting my parent's Husky while they are on vacation with my grandparents and I'm learning all about taking care of a big dog! We've got Koda for 3 (very long) weeks while they are on a RV road trip up to Alaska. He doesn't get along very well with our dog so I'm having to keep them separated which is a PITA!
I can't even sit on the floor without Koda coming over and trying to lay his big body in my lap lol! So far he's done really good with Kyle trying to hug and love on him though, I was worried about that. Oh and I have to watch him when the kids are eating at the table cause he's tall enough to snatch their food!

Aww your poor foot! I haven't really been around dogs much since ours died in Sept and this weekend we were at a friends who has a fairly good sized one and yep, you guessed it I got stepped on! LOL!

That's why we have rotts - can't deal with the tail thing. My SIL's great dane would whip us with his tail and knock things off tables and countertops.
I love seeing our dogs wag their little stumps though - so cute!

Uh, yes. My ex owned 2 English mastiffs: the female was 120 lbs. and the male was easily 150-160 lbs. Actually, when the male was standing on his hind legs, he was right around 6' tall, so he was exactly the same weight and height as my ex.
When a mastiff steps on your foot, you cry for mercy like a little gurl. :p

Oh how I would love to have a Great Dane. I LOVE them!!
Tiger is only 65lbs but most people seem to think she's a giant monster. But the other night she decided jump off the bed, and thought that using my crotch would be a great way to do it. OUCH! LOL!
Tiger has essentially no fur on her tail (she does, but you know what I mean, it's not a big fluffy tail). So when that thing whips ya? Whooooo doggy! Lol!
140lb male and 125lb female bullmastiffs. Otis' giant clodhopper feet absolutely crush you when he steps on your foot, and he has no idea that this is a bad thing.
