Connor is infatuated with this song and I swear to GOD (sorry Lord) if I hear it one more time I might go insane.
That is all.
PLEASE STOP...there is only so much Open Arms a girl can hear before she wants to open her arms and jump off the top of the house.

How can you NOT love that song?! Even a bazillion times..Journey ROCKS! (heehee - one of my big bands in high school).
 
Come on - you seriously can't handle the though of Steve Perry singing that song to you 34 times?!!??! He's so EARNEST in doing it...just imagine that long brown hair, flared nostrils...the puppy dog eyes....
 
LOL... sorry Shannon... but on the bright side, now I'm signing it over and over in my head, so you aren't suffering alone.
 
No-the flared nostrils aren't cutting it for me.
He ran up 47 dollars in songs on our last cell phone bill...can't we have a bit of a shuffle??
 
I love Journey but i think Open Arms 34 times is a bit much. :)

might be better than the boys' current favorite though - Totally Awesome Swamp Adventure from the Backyardigans. All day long I hear "Totally, totally, awesome, awesome, SWAAAAAAAMMPPP adventure"
 
I don't know if I could ever get tired of Journey lol I was just watching that video yesterday on vh1classics.com ...geez how old am I? :)

Somehow I feel older with a almost 16 year old and said Journey loving 14 year old...I'm counting the minutes till Zak comes home from football camp because I know he will go up there and say "turn it off", and then I can listen to something else...Zak's taste of music is much expansive.
Connor seems to get stuck and that is where it stays for days...on one song.

Dig out some hair band music and I'll turn mine on too to overpower Journey, it will be like a Classic Rock/Hair Band battle at my house.

Ohhh I can listen to that song over and over again!! 34 times might be a little much, LOL!! I would much rather hear that on repeat than the song my 3 year old is obsessed with now - Miley Cyrus' See You Again (I think that's what it's called)...OY vey!!!!!!

I am go glad Derrick is not into music that much yet.... I know, I know, my time will come. Right now it's whatever is on Nick or Disney Channel... he loves Drake & Josh over and over and over. ;)

It's on his cell phone and everytime I'm at wally I forget to look for ones that can hook in his phone.

I love Journey, but i would get sick of the same song over and over again.

Now I have the "Taxi, Taxi,....riding in the back....." in my head now. but luckily i love all thos nick Jr. songs. especially Laurie Berkner. I think they are cute.
 
No kids, no nieces, nephews or grandkids. We live in bliss with the music,lol.
But now I have that danged song in my head Shannon. Tyvm.Not :p
 
LOL ... I'm on page 3 of the replies and I still don't know this song ... I'm sure I know it ... but it is not coming to me. Does anyone dare share some of the lyrics to help me see if I know this song?? ???
