I am looking for some really fun and grungy worn overlays for paper or photos. Whatever. I use PSE 5. Can you direct me to some you have used and you love?

Thanks Peeps.

I use Danielle's too! I have a couple layouts in my gallery with them.

Traci Murphy also has some Worn/Distressed overlays at FunkyPlayground

Penny used to have some in the store that I loved. Let me go check and see if I can find them... brb

eta: ok, here we go.... I have both of these sets and they're really great!! (images are linked)

Gah. Don't you ppl listen? I said no info for Lizzy until she changes her avi back. The new one is pretty. Cooperate, people, cooperate.

I use Penny's grungy edges all the time! I also just picked up some that I've seen people using lately from Something Blue Studios.

I use the ones from catsraps too! I love them and they should work with PSE just fine. They can also be found at somethingbluestudios :)

p.s. thank you for all of the comments on my LOs, that means a lot to me!

i got mine from Something Blue Studios and they look like the same one as Danielle's from CatScrap. I love them and use them on just about every LO. on papers too.

Do the Something Blue Studios/Danielle ones have a 12x12 size? I keep seeing them used on papers but then the preview says they're all 5x7? Does it just not show them all?

They are all 5x7, but I've found that you can easily resize them (even going up so large) and they don't lose quality.

That's what I did too. I saved new versions after I altered them and I also saved them as patterns, so I don't have to keep cut/pasting them on my papers.

catscrap's birthday celebration is coming up august 15-22, so maybe they'll have a sale.

danielle is somethingbluestudios and she also sells at catscrap! i just thought I would throw that in there since it confused the heck out of me for a while! :)

I resize up to 12x12. they look fine on my prints. i heard that she is doing 12x12 soon, too. can't wait for those!

Yea, Danielle = somethingbluestudios

I used one of them on my most recent LO and just did a free transform to get it to the shape/size I wanted. Had no trouble at all and it didn't get distorted like I thought it would, so that's super cool.

Vera Lim also has a set over at scrapbookgraphics that I picked up (possible for $1 as deal of the day, but I do not remember). Haven't used them yet though.

Thanks, Jenny! I've been looking for some new grungy edges. I might just have to get these with my rewards this month

Ok good to know! I thought that was what people might be doing but then I thought I might just be missing something since I've seen them more on papers than anywhere else!
