That sucks. It could be worse, I think I've got everyhting on my ehd uptodate... Seriously, I go through like a computer a year. UGH!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully dh will get me set up again with a new one. At least I can get on his for now!

LOL, I'm trying to get mine to fail...I've got like 4 months left of warranty on this POS and it's been failing for quite a while, lol...I just wish it would QUIT already! :p

Oh bummer, sorry to hear that. Good thing you have your stuff backed up. I'm doing that right now before I restore my laptop, some application quit working so I have to set it back to factory settings and lose everything.

Thanks girls. Yea, it has been worse before and I've lost quite a bit, so it was really cool when dh got me the ehd! lol, my luck with computers, I'm surprised he's letting me on his right now! So, while I'm a little miffed about losing all my bookmarks, I'm so glad it was the internal!

But dangit, I'm BORED without my ps!!!!!!

I love my husband!!!! LOL, so today he spent a few hours playing aorund with my hard drive/computer, did some *stuff* (I'm clueless, no idea what all he did) and was able to get my hard drive working again!!
lol, we were getting ready to go out and look around for a new one and he asks me if I'm sure I've got everything on my ehd, and I told him yup, only wish I'd saved my bookmarks somewhere, so he said he'd take a look at it and see what he could do(He was taking computer classes but quit school to join the army after 9/11-never finished, but he's still awesome with computers). So I'm all fixed back up and don't have to spend hours putting windows back on and updating everything! YAY! Thanks for all the sympathy though girls!!
