This has been put off since, well, since we bought the house a year and a half ago, lol. it REALLY bad. ugly, stained linoleoum, ugly sink, VERY ugly and stained old iron tub (not a claw foot; if it was i'd be refinishing and keeping that, lol). My DH and his brother have started ripping everything out. we're redoing all of it. luckily its not very big. just a small square big enough for a sink, toilet and tub. so it won't take very long. we're doing ceramic tile on the floor, half way up the walls and all around the bathtub walls. then i'm painting the top half of the walls probaby a sage green. the tile is off white stone. my sink is my most favorite thing we got for it. I cant wait! well, i can't find the exact one we bought anymore but its similar tothis style (a little widerm 36 inches i think) with this antique white finish. the medicine cabinet is just white that i'm going to faux paint to match it. I"m SO excited!! I will no longer be ashamed of my bathroom!!

i will definitely share the after photos. no before, as i didnt take any. i was afraid the ugliness would break my Rebel, lol.

Good luck, Corey! We just finished up our MasterBathroom remodel and dh is working on remodeling the kids' bathroom - from necessity, rather than desire.

this house was a repo when we bought it, so its like never ending remodeling. after the bathroom we're turning the attached single car garage into DH and I's new bedroom. we've already taken off the garage door and put new windows and siding on it. then we're turning what is our room now into the playroom/family room. then we'll do the kids' rooms (there's only two; Emma and Chloe share right now and the other one is the temporary playroom and will be Aidan's room. His toddler bed is in our room now.) and eventually get to finishing the kitchen. we started it but never finished, lol. i have unpainted drywall up in some spots, lol.

Can't wait to see the pics when it's done. I am begging DH to redo our bathroom. It has this UGLY tan tile with blue flowers. I hate it. He likes it! And really fugly lino too... blech. I want tile!

How exciting! We did our bathroom too a couple of years ago and it was fun to shop for a new look. I really thought of being interior designer, but can't stand the thought of clients not liking my style. :)

Wow thats awesome honey!!! You are gonna have to ocme back and show off the end result so we can oohh and ahh over ya! I LOVE the sink!
