ADSR? When does it start and how do you sign up?

I see all these amazing LOs for the ADSR and I was wondering how do you sign up for this and when does it start again? I've never participated but thought it might be fun to give it a whirl. I am pretty sure you have to have partners for this too, so anyone else want to do this with me????
 
It was back in the spring. I was partners with Brandy and we had a lot of fun. Haven't heard anything about the next round yet.

It's the "Amazing Digi Scrap Race" based off of the TV show the Amazing Race. There are a series of challenges and if you complete the challenges you get some prizes from various sponsors. SSD sponsored last year and the kit was awesome! I found out about it too late in the race last year but would love to give it a go this year!!!
 
I'm pretty sure it's a once a year thing, so prolly not til Spring. I participated with Valgal and we had loads of fun. Some of my fave LOs came from the challenges.
 
Oh, I was just on NDISB (the main sponser) the other day and they said they have started the initial plans and the next season will start after the 1st of the year. Crystal(bella77) & I were partners last time and it was great fun!
 
woot it's fun! I did it back last fall but sat the winter one out (had fun helping plan SSD's pitstop for it though)
 
I have done it for the past 2 years. I've had different partners for both. I want to do it again, but I'll be looking for a partner for it this time around. Anyone wanna take me? lol
 
I was in the second and third round and they were in Spetember of 07 and March of 08. Maybe they will have another in a month or two?
 
It won't be until next year, there's a post about it as NDISB I can find a link if you want, but I don't have one to hand. Hugs Crystal xx
 
I'm hoping Jamie (azrood) will partner with me again this time around! it'll be my 3rd time for it and wow, there were some amazing challenges last time!!!
 
Count me in to give it a try this next round! So i'm on the lookout for a partner.....who's feeling brave? lmao!
 
I did it last year, too. I was a bit disappointed that a lot of the layouts were ones that I wouldn't really want to put in my scrapbooks. Not stuff I usually scrap about. BUT they were definitely a challenge and stretched my scrapbooking imagination in totally new ways! :) I will be looking for a partner, too!
 
Mimi & I were partners last time around & we had a lot of fun! I definitely wanna do it again!
 
Oh I've participate on every race since the beginning (all 3 of them) and had a blast. Is the best challenge ever because there is no judges and you get a GREAT prize every time you finish a challenge. To be elegible for the BIG PRIZE (that is random) you and your partner must finished all the challenges in time.

That's it... no judges and no votes... just endurance and fun!!!
 
Last year was my first time and I WON the grand prize! Go Electric Harmony! :thumbup: Ok... so it's not talent based and I'm just darn lucky, but wow... some great prizes (my fave was the BIG SSD gift card which started my SSD addiction). But (not to sound greedy) a few of the sponsors didn't make good on their prizes. I was looking forward to a year's subscription of a digiscrap mag, and didn't get it... and an elemental scraps gc that never came to be. NDISB tried to help, but you know they can't control others.

Ok... that sounds greedy... but you know when you start getting excited about the things you've won and then don't get them, its disappointing. Definitely doing it again... hope SSD sponsors again!
 
Wow - congrats to you for winning and shame on those sponsors for not ponying up. I did it the time before and it was a blast. I would love to do it again.

Oh, NDISB is the best! I was never able to use the GC for the bonus challenge and the store never would respond to any requests for help and NDISB tried to get them to help, course, it didn't help and I never got the prize.

BTW, it didn't sound greedy at all, it was awful of them to not follow through with their prizes. Have you tried emailing and stuff? I assume so.
