Help me, please!!

It's pretty simple, really. I want to chat tonight. My problem - I click on the chat button and my browser completely freezes up. Am I needing to install something? Like Java? I should already have that, but I really don't know...I'm using Firefox 3, btw...maybe that's the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

See now that's weird. Because I've had no problems int he past. But I just tried to do it, and it acted weird. But I followed a link to java, and verified what version of java I HAD, and then it worked fine.

Lemme find the link for you....

Hmmm....apparently just go to java.com and hit download and see what that does, lol.

I went and checked and it worked fine for me. Hope you can get it working

Yeah you usually just need to update your Java!! That should work!
