I was posting away in the gallery and what do I see? I've hit 10k posts!! How in the world did I miss this? LOL

So, in honor of this momentous occasion (ok, maybe not momentous for you but it is for me LOL) I'm gonna give away two $10 gift certificates! All you have to do is post here and tell me why you wanna win. :thumbup:

I would love to win because I am financial strapped right now, only getting CT stuff right now and there is a lot of beautiful products in the shoppe and I would love to get them.

I wanna win cause I just realized today how much money I have spent here since I discovered the site a couple of months ago and I still have a list of wants a mile long. ;) I got a flat on Friday night and I have to go to Texas with the Guard next week, so I have no extra spending money. Thanks so much for the chance and congrats on 10k posts!

I would love to win the gift certificate and this is why:

I have just started my adventure in digital scrapbooking and I have truly become addicted. It is the only "me" thing that I do. I have been just been working on pages of my youngest (now 5 1/2 months old) but would love to give equal attention to my other two kids (9 yrs and 6 yrs). This will result in buying lots of kits, alphas, embellishments, (well you get the drift.) All of my inspiration come from this site (as it is my favorite) and the $10 would help feed my new addiction. Besides, with 3 boys to feed and clothe, extra money is non existent!

OK, so I'll give you the run down of my day and maybe you'll feel sorry for me. lol

Had a dentist apt at 10:30, got there and they wouldn't see me because I had nobody to watch my kids. HUH! I was so upset that I started crying right there in front of the receptionist. THEN, I get home and there's a rejection email in my inbox. THEN, I try to install my Microsoft Office onto this laptop... and the disk is screwed up. THEN, I fought with my girls ALL DAY to get their playroom cleaned. THEN, the dog must have thought the playroom was a trash heap cuz he pooped in it... gross! THEN, I cracked my knee on the coffee table... then DH got home, took one look at me and decided to take us out to dinner. lol

How's that for a reason why I should win. ROFL! :p

( and if you decided to pick me, that would be awesome because $10 is my monthly scrapping budget which I decided not to spend this month so I could buy some supplies to make a few hybrid brag books for my parents and grandparents in law who don't get to see my little ones very often! And wow would I ever love to buy a cute summer kit to scrap a memories of the cottage album for my mother in law!)

Paula, it is amazing that you are giving a gift! You give us all gifts everyday. I think that you have posted comments on half of my layouts. And every time I leave a comment you are there too. That is impressive. Thank you for helping to make this the best scrapping community on the web.
Oh, and I want to win because I have 5 children to scrap and I have to choose between buying kits or school clothes.

I would love to win b/c we are totally strapped right now and my scrapbooking budget is next to nil. I think last Saturday was my last time to buy for a while!

There are those here who need the certificates so much more than I do, so I'm forgoing the contest, which is so generous of you :)

Congrats Paula!!! I guess I have a lot of jabbering to do to catch up, huh? lol

why I would love to win a GC? Well, hubby and I have driven almost 3000 miles in the past two weeks, driving a pick-up truck, hauling a 25 foot trailer for all but four of those days - it cost a LOT of money!!! hehehee I took two weeks off work to go on this holiday, and because I have only been at my job for four months, there was no holiday pay for me ... meaning no paycheck for me this week.
 
I don't really need the GC since I still have some $ in my account from a GC a friend of mine gave me. BUT, I wanted to say HOLY MOLY!!! 10,000 posts!! That's amazing!

Ummm... I want $10... lol! I want it because I need some retail therapy. :p I spent10 hours cleaning out an apartment this weekend and it was DISGUSTING.... I had to stick half my arm down the toilet. lol! Is that a good reason? ;)
