I would really like to do some laundry... I have no clean "outside clothes".... We got some new neighbors (I live in an apartment & it's two buildings side by side-- 12 apartments, ONE washer and dryer) .. and... I guess they moved in with 500lbs of dirty laundry or something. I'm super annoyed. 1) I don't know how anyone could have that much laundry :D :D 2) There IS a laundry mat at the end of the road they could easily go to if they just HAD to wash all the laundry at once (I counted 3 adults a pre-teenish looking kid.. and maybe two rugrats- there's a big difference in one of THEM walking across the main road with laundry vs me and connor- it's just not safe, and I need 2 hands to carry my laundry usually my baskets are akward). I went downstairs early yesterday morning and they were all in there.. with what I thought was all their dirty laundry in piles.. I counted up the piles, and estimated when they'd be done.. when I went down again there was an equal amount of NEW piles................. and they're still going to day. I wanted to try and ask them if I could squeeze in just ONE batch, I won't even dry it.. I just NEED to wash some clothes-- but I'm like one of two english speaking people in these 12 apartments, so the conversation wouldn't go well.

argh.. I just think it's totally rude.. there are tons of other peolpe that live here.. don't hog up the stankin washer machine! I never ever do more than 2 batches, I feel guilty for doing 2, but I justify it cause the dryer takes 1 hour but the wash only takes 30 minutes (So I dry one batch and hang another)....

I don't even know how they have that much laundry... these apartments are REALLY small :D :D :D All their laundry, seriously.. would fill up an entire room :D

baah. Ranting over. I think I'm living in these pj's for the rest of the week

I can't imagine how ANNOYING that must be! Maybe you need to talk to the landlord about setting up some sort of laundry reservation list!

Ohhh that's just not even nice of them. Really now! And could you imagine having to do that much laundry with just one washer??? Someone needs to direct them to the laundromat for sure!

Sounds like they've got somebody in the family or a friend over there washing clothes too. How rude

that is really rude!! i'm annoyed now too!

go in there and say: cuándo esto es hecho lavar que necesito para hacer una carga de ropa sucia. gracias.

Wow, that's just plain rude. Not exactly the way to ingratiate yourself to all your new neighbours.

You may have to stalk the washer and as SOON as the load is done, pile theirs on top of the dryer or something and stick yours in there real fast. do they STAY there with their laundry or leave and come back? RUUUUUUDE people! I remember apartment living and that was one of the things I hated the most...people that didn't know how to share "COMMON" areas!

That SUCKS. What idiots!

La, you could come here to wash your clothes. I can't guarantee they will dry though, only if it's nice out, I'll hang them for you :D

he he he I snuck in when it started POURING rain.. they usually sit in the basement, but I Guess they went inside for something, and then didn't want to come out while it was raining.. I ran in.. washed.. .and ran back out before they even noticed :D :D :D Granted.. There are clothes hanging all over my living room now-- but DUDE I do not care. They STILL had 5-6 loads strewn all over the floor down there.. :/

LOL That is an insane amount of washing!!! Imagine all the folding and ironing those people will be doing now... :D :D :D
Glad you snuck a load in!!
