I just listed a HUGE lot of paper scrap stuff. Probably more than 600 dollars worth. Is there anything I should know?

I've never sold on ebay before!!!! :(

I don't sell anymore. I had 2 buyers that ruined my whole experience - so now I donate everything to our local charity. Good luck!

I have in the past but not anymore. Same as previous poster I had a small number of people who just ruined it for me. What with non-paying bidders, bidders who want something for nothing and those that are impossible to please. They make up a small number of people but they are so bad it just makes it to much to deal with

I've sold many things in the past..never had any problems with it. I would only accept paypal payments though...no checks or money orders.

I have a bazillion tons of baby girl clothes to get rid of. I was going to have a yard sale, but some of it is just too nice for that, and I won't get what I think it's worth. I've considered selling on eBay, but I don't even know where to start!

I've sold on Ebay for YEARS. Let me know if you need any help.

Jamie, I'll help ya. Get me on Yahoo tonight. :)

I guess I'm nervous because I didn't put a minimum price....just a buy it now. I would die if it sold for $10 or something!

Amy, how much did you put for your BIN? That's what it will sell for, no matter what. It won't go higher or lower.

I sold on ebay before. No scrapping stuff though.

Make sure your minimum price is what you would sell it for unless you just have a buy it now only option. I would hate to see you sell a bunch of stuff and not get much $$$.

Good luck!

I've sold on eBay for years, but I'm considering not using it anymore. eBay no longer lets you leave negative feedback, so it's like a playground for bidders who like to win and not pay. I've never had anyone not pay before, and have had TWO in the last 30 days. I'm beyond angry over it.

Now, having said that, I think that people who bid on scrapping stuff REALLY want the stuff. I sold all my Stampin' Up stamps and had people snatch 'em up and buy right away. I've recently been told that there is a way to set your seller preferences so that non-pay buyers can't bid, but I haven't figured out how to do it yet.

I bet you'll have good luck. People like to buy lots and then resell them in pieces. So I'm sure you'll have takers. Good luck!

My BIN is $100 it's the lowest I will let it go for. Someone offered me $80 on craigslist and I said no.

Okay, but hon, it won't go for any higher than that either. The buy it now price is just that.. a buy it now. There's no bidding or anything.
