school time

my kids are on the bus and on their way to school. where did the summer go?? i am happy that they like school but sad at the same time...LOL anyone else have mixed feelings on first days???

Extremely -- yesterday was our 1st day. My oldest is in middle school now and he doesn't want me outside waiting for the bus with him. My lil guy started Pre-k and did NOT care that I left him. So I was proud of my boys but sooooooooo sad!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL mine were both like that too. they had no problem running out the door to get on the bus. they didn't even hug me goodbye. i am glad that they are growing up and are so independent but at the same time i wish they could stay our babies

I know! I took the lil one today and he was all "See ya"

I'm holding back tears again and he's fine -- dang kids!
