Twilight Moved Up!!

THAT is awesome!!! It was originally the day after my due date!! Maybe now I can actually see it in the theater!!!! YAY!!
 
Woot! Although I was looking forward to my birthday week being the release week!!! haha But that's ok if I get too see it earlier!
 
I just saw that!! Woohoo!! This is better anyway, it was originally coming out on Kaylie's birthday & I wasn't going to get to see it right away & now I can!!!
 
Awesome!! Maybe that's why Harry Potter was changed...so it wouldn't have to compete with Twilight. LOL
 
OH YAYA ! I can't wait. I just picked up New Moon tonight.....gonna try to get it read and then go get Eclipse tomorrow. I'm so hooked! LOL

I bet Twilight changed after Harry Potter. Now that there's not the competition with HP, they can have Thanksgiving weekend. That's so awesome!!
 
okay i admit it - I live under a rock. I just picked up Twilight tonight. I am looking forward to a good read though...
 
sweet, at least I'll still get a movie night for my birthday, although it will have to be hubby and I, and possibly the oldest brat, not the little ones though.

So, many of you have heard that the release of the sixth Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, has been moved from this Thanksgiving to next summer. First and foremost, please know that this schedule change has absolutely nothing to do with Twilight, me, or Summit Films (so enough with the imdb death wishes, okay?). This is Warner Bros. decision, and it was not motivated by anything Twilightelated.

Now for the good news! Though we're all sad to have to wait for Harry Potter, this open spot at the theater creates a cool opportunity. The good people at Summit were thrilled to let me know that now Twilight fans are going to get their movie three weeks earlier than scheduled. That's right—Twilight will be released in theaters November 21st! Let the merry-making commence!

Now I'll only be 33 weeks pregnant and not 36 weeks pregnant. Hooray! Well, now maybe I should worry the excitement will send me into early labor. LOL

ITA...Harry Potter was changed to carry their studio through next summer, as they have no other big blockbusters on the horizon....I bet Twilight was moved up once they heard HP was moved so they could own Thanksgiving, esp. since now they can grab all the HP people who thought they would see it that weekend.
 
No Way! I guess they want to capitalize on the Thanksgiving week, which is way smart on their part and so lucky for all of us!
 
Count me in as a Twilight nerd too, and this news is sooooooo awesome!!! Can't wait! That means it will be out on DVD earlier too......YEAH
 
Just told DH about this,lol. Nov.18 is our anniversary and seeing's how we didn't have any particular plans, I suggested I'd like this for a gift :P. Preliminary plans are he takes me, drops me off, go does his thing and picks me up when it's over :p
 
Awesome! I don't know why it took me so long to get into this series, but I just read (okay, listened to the audiobooks) all in the last 2 weeks. Can't wait for the movie, though I'm miffed they moved HP back to July 09.
