kinoki foot pads

anyone ever used them? i know a lot of post-hyperemesis patients like me use them along with a detox diet but i'm wondering if anyone here has experience with them?

what about vitamins or other methods like apple cider vinegar?

I am going to make an appt with my physician this week but I'm generally just feeling really bad, physically. not one thing but many small things....and I'm thinking about trying to do a very mild (b-feeding safe) detox....just lots of lemon water, no processed foods or extra sugar for a week, the foot pads...nothing drastic.

does anyone take B vitamins? Do you take them alongside your multivitamin?

anywho, i ramble. any thoughts on this?

I've never done a full on detox.. I know lots of people who have and had great success with them. I'd talk to your dr first though-- because most full on detoxes in my mind don't mesh with breast feeding at all. I do take b vitamins- along with a multi, and other supplements, because I'm a veg .. LOL but I don't know what you want to know on that one.

I've been wondering about those things too, let me know if you have success with them. I don't take my B vitamins like I should but when I do, and when I watch the B vitamin intake and make sure I have enough- I see a huge difference and feel a lot better. Less headaches too

I'm putting myself on a sorta kinda detox this week. Absolutely no processed foods. Mainly fresh fruit and veggies. And cheat with some coffee here and there so I don't get a killer migraine......I cannot take caffeine withdrawal. Check with your DR. first though. I don't have a clue how that will work with bf'ing. Good luck!

I saw a study on them on the news and they said those things are a huge fraud. They said it is just wood pulp which soaks up sweat and that if you feel any different then it is mostly mind over matter meaning whatever positive effects come from you believing they help

Yeah, I saw that too. Apparently they turn this nasty black color by morning showing the toxins its removed so one day the chick put them over a heat and it turned the same color meaning it turns that way by heat- not by it actually removing toxins. Thats what I read at least.
