mine started today....it was not very good either. My youngest gets so worked up over simple things. Today he was wearing boxer briefs and he was complaining about how uncomfortable they are. Usually it is his socks though he hates to have the seam on the inside.

My older son started high school today and the bus just passed right by him didnt even slow down. I was highly ticked over that. I called transportation to find out what the heck was going on.

Tomorrow looks liuke it is gonna be a bad weather day because of T.S. Faye...Im hoping she will turn at the last second because we just dont need 4-6 inches of rain they are predicting!!

I remember my first day of highschool the bus drove right pass me also, then I was late, man I hated school! lol At least Sophia will be on time since the school is just a 5 min walk from here! lol

I'm dreading when I have to send my first to school... I'll be hardpressed not to go with him.

Mine started last week and I was so much worse than they were! Pre-K seemed very exciting to my littlest. Although I cried all the way home :(

And my oldest is in middle school - another reason to cry for me but he was way to excited to care that I was upset!

School starts next week here...Mason can't wait to go (he's going to grade 1, from full-day 3x/week kindergarten). I don't have his school supply list yet, I haven't met his new teacher or the new principal, and I haven't heard from his new bus driver yet, either. LOL! I'm going to be a basketcase by next week! :blink:

My boys start school Wednesday. We had open house today & the boys both seem excited by it. DS1 will be riding the bus to kindergarten, DS2 is in half day pre-k and will ride the bus home with him. They are both looking forward to being on the bus.

Me, I'm near tears just at the thought of putting my baby on a bus.

Doesn't help that the bus schedule came out & we're not on it. We were told to just stand at the end of the driveway and wait, the driver will be looking out for people doing that because they left off a bunch of kids by mistake.

Inspires me with no end of confidence let me tell you.....
