While traveling on vacation, I bought with my sweet rewards but didn't download since I was on hotel internet. I goofed up and missed my download link by one day and asked for it to be reset on last Saturday (when I checked out again and realized I had never downloaded the stuff from the week before LOL). That was a week ago and it hasn't been reset. How long does it take? Thanks!
Usually Robin resets them within a few hours of receiving your email - so that's really weird. I'd send her an email again...your email may have just slipped through the cracks.
