Owlywood hates me

I"m gonna be down to my last try soon on the papers. Everything else has loaded fine, so i know it's not cookies,etc. I simply cannot get it to take .
I have a hard time getting hold of Robin via pms (fact is, i've never been able to,lol). Maybe Robin will see this plea for help,lol. I'm really at a loss for what to do

I have had the same problem with the elements. Haven't bothered to try with the alpha,lol.

Thanks Lauren. But now I feel foolish. The darned things had saved in another completely and totally unrelated folder and I hadn't realized they'd saved there. Can we say embarrassed?

Glad you figured it out Brooke - customer service emails should be sent to [email protected] - I have to admit that my PM inbox can be a bottomless pit. Since I cant just hit reply when I am reading the email notices in my inbox, every once in awhile PM's will slip through the cracks and get buried in my box. Email is the best way to reach me to have order issues resolved.
