A question regarding what layouts to post to SSD

This subject is being posted without any ill intent, so please don't take offense. :huh:

More and more I am seeing LO's posted that contain little to no items from Sweet Shoppe Designs. While I don't dispute that the work is beautiful, doesn't that go against the posting TOU?

I thought that the idea behind having a gallery at SSD was to highlight the kits here?

I'm just curious as to why I am seeing it so much and I am looking for honest answers. I'm not trying to spark debate.

As long as a LO has one item from SSD it is ok to post in our gallery.
And if you use another designers kit for a challenge even if it has no SSD products you can still post it in the gallery.

Also, sometimes it take a lil while to remove those LO's that aren't for challenges but still use no SSD product.

In all honesty...it's a lot of work to "police" the gallery. The staff does its best with trying to find and delete those layouts that dont conform to our gallery guidelines but we've gotten some pretty nasty replies to our deleting layouts, so not everyone is comfortable doing so and sometimes they slip through the cracks. We DO want the gallery to be primarily a resource for inspiration using our designs but with the increasing amount of traffic and layouts posted here each day it's a big job to stay on top of searching for, deleting and communicating with posters who may not be aware of our guidelines.

Okay, girl! With all those sweet CTs you'd think you wouldn't have time to scrap with anything BUT SSD goodies! Insanity!
