Question About Alpha in "Keep Out"

Before I pull my hair out (LOL) can someone please tell me where to find the Alpha in Heather's fabulous "Keep Out" kit? I have just about turned my computer inside out looking for it amongst my file download....Thanks so much!

Hummm...If Heather left it as a full page PNG, it could possibly be hiding in the element folder.
I know sometimes I find alpha's inside there.
I really don't know for sure, but it's worth a look.
 
Hmmm, mine was in it's own 'alpha' folder but I'm on her CT so we download from a different server so I guess I'm not much help! I'll link Heather up to this post.
 
Did you make sure you d/l the alpha too? From looking at the description looks like it probably has a folder of it's own

1 wooden alpha with lowercase letters, numbers and some symbols (alphas in separate files and also on2 sheets).
 
Hey Meggie! It's great this week! I'm on vacation at the beach! ;)

My mom had rented a cottage in Ogunquit, Maine before I got the job so I told them I needed the week off ahead of time. It's so nice here because it's not very crowded being the tail of the season!

Work is work it bites not being able to log on and chat during the day and I used to be able to sneak in a page or two if I had some downtime but not where I am now. It's a gov't job so there is no IMing, no web, and even personal emails are not allowed!

Definitely not complaining too much tho, I'm happy to have a job!

Hi! The alpha for Keep Out was in a separate zip, so maybe it wasn't downloaded when you bought the kit? You should be able to go back to your account and download it again. If your link has expired just email Robin and she can reset it for you. If you still can't find it, please let me know! :)

I'm in the same boat. I just checked my account and the d/l area for the order and there isn't an alpha file as part of the download. -album, paper and embellishments only, no alphe file to be downloaded. Thanks-Robin

Hi Heather,
Thanks so much for your reply....I went back to the shop to see if maybe I missed downloading the Alpha, but it isn't there in the downloads....

Any idea as to what I can do to be able to download the missing Alpha? :)

I only bought the kit yesterday afternoon and last evening I went looking for the alpha....I even went back to the shop and read the message that the Alpha was on a full sheet....I truly thought for sure I was overlooking it....This morning before going to work I looked again....I love the kit and the Alpha looks fabulous in the preview....:thumbup:
 
When Robin is putting all the products into the shop, she has to make sure that she links up EVERY single file (or else the shop doesn't know that you need that file, lol)...there are a lot of files she has to do each week, and so it could have easily been missed. I'm sure this slight mistake will be fixed up right away - if you haven't emailed her yet, I'd send her one and nicely let her know that the alpha file is missing and isn't in the element folder. :)

Bree, thank you so very much for your reply....I truly appreciate it....I do see how easy it would be to leave a file out with all that Robin has to link up.....:) I sent her a message and I know in the past when I have contacted her she's been fabulous at replying and helping me out....:thumbup:
 
Hi girls! I'm sorry about the Keep Out Alpha. It was somehow left out of the downloads originally. Robin asked me this weekend to rezip the ep file with the alpha folder inside it this time (the first time it was its own zip). Anyway, you should be able to redownload the ep file zip and find an Alpha folder inside it. If your download links have expired just shoot Robin an email and she will hook you up. Sorry again!
