Hilarious! I haven't heard this song like since I was 16 or 17, bwahahaha.
 
I dont think I have heard of Telus, I dont even know if I remeber the song LOL Maybe if I heard it.

Telus is the phone company up here. In this part of Canada, it's not like in the US, where we can pick and choose our phone company...there is ONE, and it's the one you use. Slowly other ones are coming into the area, but it is slow and they go to cities and big towns before coming to the piddly little ones like where I live, lol!
 
Ick Im sorry honey that totally sucks!! I would hate that, actually in my part of the state for a while before the digital phone got huge we only had the one in our area. We have that problem with cable a lot of times here. Its either the dish or cable and if you live in an apartment its just cable LOL, alot of places dont let ya have the dish. So we get stuck with a crappy company like Comcast and they know you have no other option. Im rambling but feel your pain hon!

Here we have Telus, Rogers, Aliant and I think Eastlink (a cable company) is thinking about getting into the phone thing. Our phone and cell phone are through Aliant. I think Aliant is through the whole province. It's the main one wheras the others are for cell service.
 
Yeah, we have a few different cell companies, but we don't get good enough reception in the little towns to use them that much, lol. Like our cell is through Bell (at the time you could choose between Telus Mobility and Bell Mobility, I was PO'd at Telus, so we picked Bell, haha)...but we have no signal inside our house. If we go outside onto the sidewalk, we get 1-2 bars, lol...that's it.

Slowly we're getting some more phone companies though...like Bell is in Calgary and you can get Primus in some areas. Rogers in the city too. But for us small-town folk, we are stuck with just Telus. I tried switching to Primus (they had a MacBook giveaway, lol) but because we don't have a street address, they couldn't add me into their system - our town is SO small that we don't have street addresses, just PO Boxes. It's frustrating!

I loathe and despise Comcast. Did you know they're going to limit internet usage starting october 1st? It's 250 gb a month.. but still. :cursing:

250GB/month? LMAO...dude, I'm limited to 10GB/month and I know LOTS of others that are around that mark. :blink:
