New Product Question

I have a question about new product and how long it is considered new product when being used in a challenge and you want that extra point? Do you have to buy a new product every Saturday to get that new product extra point? Also, is that new product point a one time only point? I couldn't figure it out from reading about it. Do you get an extra point everytime you use a different new product that came out during the month you are doing the challenges? Hope I haven't confused ya all.

To get the point, it must be a new product released the same week you post your layout to the challenge. Once the next round of products are released, the ones from the previous week are no longer considered new. You can use the same kit or product more than once for different challenges and get the new product point for each of those challenges, as long as you're posting them that week the product is released. The new product point is only valid on products that were released that week. But you can use that same new product in as many layouts as you want to that week... there's no limit. So yes, technically, you'd need a new product every Saturday if you wanted to get a bonus point each week.

Yes - to get the new product extra point, the new product has to be purchased that week. If you purchase products from the new (9/6) batch of goodies, you can use them through this Friday to earn the extra point. With some challenges (like the weekly cards), you don't get an extra point for using a new product.

You can use the new kit on multiple challenges and get multiple points.
