ce's new chucks are WAY cute on him.


they just arrived.. and he loooves them of course. He's prancing around showing the cat his new shoes. Goodness.. LOL. I'll take pics later. LOL it's weird.. I think his chucks make him look older -- somehow.. :D He's even walking differently..:D (in a good way.. not a shuffly lil kid way, but a like up and tall I'm all proud way :D )

my children have 2 pairs of mandatory chucks at all times. a color of choice and then either a black or brown pair! i heart how they look on kids. they've been wearing em since babyhood! you have to show us pics!! :thumbup:

I meant to ask what is the deal with nike? I saw on your other post you were upset about them owning the brand....but I didnt see why you dont like them and Id never heard anything about them in a negative sense anyhow. Of course I live under a rock sometimes so I am behind on alot of stories

that sort of thing- I won't go on for 6 years .. because well I usually keep my ranting opinions to myself LOL--and now I am completely aware that most companies that "hire out" over seas are like this-- but converse was made in america and well........... everything that "chucks" represent (to me at least.. but I know I am not the only one) is the complete opposite of what "nike" represents. That's why I bought fair trade knock offs for myself after the fact. Connor has genuine chucks, but they were already bought and paid for before I realized. Anywayz.... I protested Nike a LOT in my younger days.. so I felt totally like dirt when I realized nike owned converse now.
