In this podunk town, we have no swimming pool in which to pass off Boy Scout swimming requirements. There is a local hotel here in town that will allow us to use their pool, but they asked me to provide them with a release from liability. How in the world would you word that? LOL

Just type up a paper stating that if any accidents were to occur you would not hold the hotel at fault. And that you have insurance that will cover any medical accidents that might occur.
