Just wanted to say thank you for posting the Mini Taco Bowls recipe in my "Quick and Easy Dinner Ideas" thread last month. Since I first tried it BOTH of my boys love it, it's one of just a handful of actual meals that both of them love, so I just wanted to say thank you.

I also made up some recipe cards for them, I'm in a family favorites recipe swap and I knew right away that I would be using that recipe.

So thank you girl!

I love your cards! I wish someone would head up a swap of somesort for recipes. I would love to have new ones but also have them looking so cute like that.

I printed that recipe a month ago, still haven't tried it yet, maybe we'll have that tmw instead of reg tacos...

However, i did have that Salsa Chicken three times so far since the last food thread. Had it yesterday, requested by S/O
