What time zone does the store run on?

I ask because I waiting til the last minute to use my sweet rewards discount and went to check out at around 11:25 pm PST on Friday and it said the coupon was expired. I figured I had until 11:59 pm PST.

I think the store is on PST. I think. I'm not sure though.
