Grrrr!!!!

My scrolling system is still haywire and HP says we are going to have to reinstall Windows Vista...this isn't like a small annoyance...for instance, I can't use any font in PSP except WingDings3 because every time I open up ANY drop down menu, it just scrolls me immediately to the bottom and won't let me scroll back up!

I have to back everything up to DVD first and then we are going to reinstall...we have a phone appt to do this at 10 pm in two nights. I can't see any key stuck and they say it's probably not that anyway .

This laptop is only 10 weeks old. It's so frustrating~!

Ugg we had to do a windows install a few months ago...I went to a local computer shop and had a back up of our hard drive transferred over to one of theirs and then back on to ours...It was $50...So much easier than burning DVD's like mad.
