Bloggers: how do I add a slideshow of scrapbook pages?

I know this should be a pretty simple thing to add a slideshow of scrapbook pages to my blog, but when trying to play with the slideshow application I couldn't figure out how to get it to upload photos from my computer, only Fliker. Is this the only way? Do I really have to create a Flicker account?

You can do it through www.slide.com and directly upload from your computer - I have a couple on my blog: www.mmlarson.typepad.com if you want to see - one is of scrapbook pages.

Yeap, use slide.com and once you have made your slide show it will give you the code to use to put in on your blog.

I use slide.com too and added it to my side bar

you can also just use picasa--which is another google program.

okay, after I have made the show in slide... how do I get it up on my blog??

Copy the code they give you and make a new Text widget then paste the code in there. Change the code where it says "width" to the width of your side bar, otherwise it'll get cut off.
