I've been messing with this all afternoon, and it's driving me crazy! In the instructions it says to turn off the VivicPics and the EasyCrop, but the screen shots they show do not match what I have, and I have looked EVERYWHERE. It's probably staring me in the face, but I can't find it! Arrghhhhhh!

I went into mine and did the custom crop and made it a full size square.
But, I haven't printed any of them, so I don't know if that helps or not, lol.

I made it match the specs, but it specifically says in the instructions to turn off the VividPics and Easy Crop. Maybe it's not a big deal.

Melissa, when you're looking at your photos BEFORE you make a book with their software, you should be able to select "ENHANCE" next to "ORGANIZE"
Change crop to free crop....
Then under "EFFECTS" there will be a small thumbnail of your LO on the right adn under that there's a little chekc box that says
Check that box

Melissa, you turn off vivivpics under edit, you click on the page itself. I did a ton of books before I ever figured out I was suppose to do that. The only place I noticed a difference was on my covers.
