Tell me about printing ---

I make all my pages at 12x12, so how hard will it be to print 8x8?

I really need to get some printing done. But I'm hesitant to get 12x12 because it's so expensive. :(

Help a girl out -- please???

Just resize - resizing down is easy :)

I get mine printed at Sams Club for $1.58 on an 8x10 canvas (just cut off the excess), and I'm more than happy with how they turn out. They're photo quality prints that rock! They are matte...and the quality is awesome.

Scrabookstoshare.com
has some VERY inexpensive that you can have done on cardstock.

2peaspictures
does big sales often

Thank you Darcy! That helps so much! I was wondering about Sam's but duh -- didn't even think about cutting off the excess! :)

Scrapbookpictures.com also does printing for pretty cheap. And you don't have to resize your 8x8's at all.

I've used AdoramaPix.com for my 8x8 layouts - they have 8x10's on sale for 99 cents thru the 22nd.

I also love scrapbookpictures.com quality, but their prices are a bit high IMO.

If they are all saved as 12 x 12 you don't need to resize, just upload as is to any printing site. I use www.scrapbookpictures.com, pricey, but I love the quality. I want to try MPT, but I have heard the quality can vary, but you can't beat the price.

I never resize my stuff and I scrap 12x12 and I started recently printing 8x8 because it was just too much to keep printing 12x12s.

I too use scrapbookpictures.com The quality is unbeatable and I never have to resize my 12x12 to 8x8. They do it for me. They have a good sale every now and then. Just had one so not sure when it will be back again.

I design and print everything 8x8. I actually print at home on my Canon print/scan/copy, and I'm super happy with the results. I just buy the really nice Epson matte photo paper and they look great! And that way the albums are cheaper and they actually fit on my bookshelf. ;)
