I need some help please :)

Im having a problem with some things I ordered. I've sent 3 or 4 emails now with no response. I have never had that problem before.

First of all I bought Cutie Patootie by Kay Miller and the downloads were empty and I couldn't correct the problem. The other zipped folders for the rest of my order were fine, it was just that one kit. Now that order is way past expired for download as it's been nearly a month now!

THEN, I was away when I ordered my next order and my downloads expired so I emailed again and reasked about my Cutie Patootie kit and also asked to have my downloads reset for my new order. No reply.

NOW, the ditz I am, made another order while out on town and when I got home to my computer they were expired. I thought I had until today but they expired yesterday

I don't know what to do because I don't want to keep sending more emails to be a pain, but I would really like my things! Can anyone help me out?

I've reset all of your recent orders. I'm really sorry you havent heard from me - I only have one email from you on the 9/8 and unfortunately it was sitting on my laptop from when I was in Vegas. I thought I had replied to everything over there but it looks like your mail slipped through the cracks and I am super sorry about that. If you've emailed me more than that one time, I havent received them at all so I am super glad you came here to post.
