Someone please kick my butt..

and motivate me to get up and clean my house!

I am SOOO uninspired and it's SOO not like me. I usually can't even sit down and relax until my house is clean and organized but I have no energy and no motivation to get up and do it. My living room looks like a toy store threw up in it. Bending over is virtually impossible...my stomach gets in the way of everything.

I think I'm just miserably pregnant right now and kind of feeling blue b/c I don't have Brian here to help me

I remember those days. Gosh I hated the lasst few weeks of pregnancy. With my middle son he was 11 pounds and 24 inches so it felt like he took every inch of space available. I got really used to picking things up with my feet so I didnt have to bend over LOL

I am sorry Nikki {{{hugs}}} ....if it makes you feel any better my house looks the same but I have NO excuse what so ever!!!!!

Oh honey before you know it that nesting is gonna get insane and you will eat sleep and breath housework LOL. Try to relax honey, you absolutely deserve it!

Ummmm, no kicking here! I'm having trouble myself this morning!

I am the same, I usually have to have everything done before I sit down for the day, but I'm so lazy today! It's a grey/dark day, and I need to finish the last of my basement, but I have no motivation whatsoever.

no kicking here either! I am so tired this morning and am feeling the same way, so I am just encouraging you to rest!!

Well I asked for motivation...my MIL just called and is coming up to visit today. UGH..short notice maybe? She could have called last night...

I'm already aggravated with my in-laws...it's totally not warranted but I still am. They are driving up the Washington DC this weekend to see my husband and I want to cry I'm so jealous...it's a 13 hr drive and my doc said no way. I know in my head I couldn't handle that long in the car at this stage of my pregnancy plus dealing with the stress of my inlaws on top of that but I'm still just SO jealous and yes I know I shouldn't be but I'm aggravated with them for going when I can't. He's my husband and I should get to see him not them. How selfish is that? I'm seriously bawling right now. I'm a terrible person aren't I?

That doesn't make you a horrible person, it just means you miss your hubby!!! AND there is nothing wrong with that!

I feel your pain and I'm only 16 weeks. I'm not uncomfortable and I don't have a belly in the way yet... but I have no motivation! And I'm such a clean, organized person! It's driving me nuts that I can't make myself clean!

I'm sorry you can't go visit your hubby. I can't imagine dealing with that!

Awww Nikki - please give yourself permission to relax, cry ... whatever you need. In the long run, it is no big deal that there are toys all over the floor. If your MIL is the understanding type, perhaps she'd be willing to help you out with the housework? Your are in the last weeks of pregnancy, go easy on yourself. It's ok. Hugs.
