Colors showing incorrectly in PS...help!

I have had this problem before, I know that it's to do with the monitor calibration, but the problem is that if I play with the settings then I'm going to mess up the calibration profile.

To explain, colors show one way in everything but PS (IE, ADSee, etc). When I pull them into PS, the colors change, they are brighter and gross for lack of a better description. Tan becomes BRIGHT yellow, aqua is practically green... it's AWFUL!

Any tips or ideas how to fix this? I currently am using a Spyder calibrator if that makes any difference.

Yuck! Mine print true to what I see on my screen, so I'm lucky that way. That would drive me nuts!

Did this just start happening? I've got no idea, but if it's only happening in ps, is there a ps setting you can fix? Sorry I'm no help!!! I've never had that problem.
