Template tutorials?

Ok, I don't need it, but I need it for a friend. Do any of you know of a tutorial I can send her to on using templates? I can write one myself, but I'm on a Mac using CS3 and she's on a PC using PSE4.

I checked at Scrapbook Bytes and found this one, Paula.

Using layered templates in PSE which I think said it was for 3.0 and above.

Oh, LOL, I think the one at SBB uses a template of Misty's. Misty to the rescue!
