Thought I'd post a couple pics.. he has two pairs and I can't decide which I like better. One is going to be his everyday pair and then the other his backup pair.. since I'm fairly sure something will get broken. LOL
So... which do you like better??

I like the small round ones better than the oval..the oval just look so big on hs little face lol
the warranty is the best thing I ever did when Jase got glasses..we got 3 pair in 1 year lol and thankfully only had to pay for the first original pair

OK, I didn't figure out until AFTER I voted that the frames were actually different, I thought they were just different colors. Duh. I liked the brown color better, but the frames of the blue ones suit his face a bit more. So I voted for brown, because I'm busy not paying attention (lol) but I do actually like the blue frames better.

I like the blue frame better out of the two and they look really cute on him but I think something just a tiny bit smaller would be better. The blue though really brings out his eyes I think.

The blue are awesome, not only does the color bring out his adorable blue eyes so much, but the shape fits his face a lot better.

another vote for Blue!!! :)
I like the blue ones best.
I have 2 kids with glasses (both started wearing them at the age of 5 - and they are 16 and 9 now) and you will be surprised how difficult they are to break. They get bent out of shape, but they can be easily adjusted. Now... I am not saying they can't be broken cuz Joy broke her's a few weeks ago, but it was because she dropped them and then she couldn't see where they were (she has a very high prescription) and she stepped on them. They broke in half. Every place I have purchased glasses there has been a one year warranty on them. As long as it isn't "abuse" that caused them to break they will replace them. I started wearing glasses when I was 5 and wore them until 18 months ago when I had lasik eye surgery done, and during those 30+ years I only broke a couple of pairs when I was under the age of 9 or so.
He looks adorable. :)

He's so cute!
I love them both, but for right now, I think the blue fit his face better. They both suit him, but size wise the smaller looks better

I like the blue ones. They just suit him better. :)
And  on the extra pair! Corbin's had her glasses for 18 months now and she's already broken them once. *rolling eyes* She got them in May of '07 and broke them right after Callan was born in Sept. '07. Luckily our optometrist (or the glasses company - whoever) guarantees them for a year. And thankfully we haven't had to use that guarantee again. :)

I picked the blue ones! Make sure you get a pair that has spring hinges on the side. Mine are made so they can bend up, down or out to the side. You never know what little kids will do to them!

Yep, I knew he'd look adorable in glasses. I voted Blue. I know I'm bringing up the rear!
I had to laugh we had an eye doctor appt for my youngest today, he's been complaining he can't see the blackboard in school. Turns out he's near-sighted and we had to order him some glasses. He picked blue ones!

I chose blue as well. I'll admit I'm partial to blue glasses on sweet little boys; Devin's glasses are blue. LOL!
The warranty is a GREAT thing to have. Devin's been brea---er, wearing glasses since he was 3. That warranty saved us a bundle of money. Seriously, just this past year alone we've had to repair his glasses 10 times...and that's just when we took them in. He finally did one frame in so badly that we switched the lenses from his regular glasses to his sunglasses. (he's hypersensitive to light so he wears shades a lot).
If you can, consider getting the brown pair redone as the blue pair so that if one DOES break, or you lose a lens or something...you have an identical back up pair. Devin got quite upset when he realized he had two different frames for his first prescription. Never again...three of the same every time (two regular, one sunglass...Wal*Mart has some great deals on kids' glasses!).

Blue!! and for little ones, the oval ones don't always work as well, they spend more time looking over them instead of through, LOL

OK, I have to ask, they didn't offer me a warranty on Josh's glasses last night. Also, it was $125 for the set. Do I buy a second $125 pair or do I ask if there is a warranty available? And how much should a warranty cost?
TIA!

I waffled on this, Sara. Blue, no brown, no blue. My first instinct was brown, but the more I look at them, I like the blue too.
Can I just say...he's sooooo cute in them!

Thanks girls!!!
Pam, we got J's at Walmart. They were $40 a pair, and the 1 year warranty is free. :)
