Anyone have a Sony Handy Cam?

Do you know how to take videos from the finalized disc and upload them to the internet, like photobucket?

If you figure it out let me know lol..we've had our DVR handycam for 3 years and I have yet to figure it out..DH managed to do it once with some kind of software but it was on our old PC that crashed and we haven't tried since. I know it's not as easy as you'd think it would be.
