Impulse Shopping...

I am the worst impulse shopper! I have to avoid Costco like the plague (which I don't, to the great sorrow of my husband). Now I've started buying kids' clothes on ebay, and I keep thinking, "If I don't bid on it, I might not find such a great deal later." Which I know is untrue. So now I've got 8 things I'm bidding on, and I'm secretly hoping I don't win half of them! Anyone else have the same problem?

This is exactly how I am! I feel guilty if I buy a new bra, but I can drop $100 on kids clothes very easily. Go figure. I guess it's the idea that we're supposed to be unselfish and not need anything for ourselves since we're moms.
 
LOL, yes...DH and I both are big impulse shoppers, and what's worse is that we can EASILY convince ourselves/eachother that we "need" a big ticket item without really thinking about it. Almost everything we own was an impulse buy, lol.
 
lol! i am not, my mom is however. she always used to insist that it was the deal of the century. over and over and over and over and over and over again. :D
 
Yes, definitely. I've really been trying recently to just avoid shopping altogether because we have too much STUFF. :D And dh is worse than me so together we are a really bad combination. :blink:
 
Yup, I can't go into a Walmart or a Costco without spending $200+. I have been sending DH to do errands lately to help us save money!
 
Oh I am the worst impulse shopper! Seriously, I have so much stuff that I don't even need- lot of stuff I don't even know I have actually lol! If its for my girl I will definitely buy it. If it is for me I might think about it as I walk through the store and then circle around to get it before I leave. Once something is in my head I can't get it out lmao

I thought I was the only one like that......although I have learned that I am important too so I get a little happy and shop for ME sometimes!!!!
